We’re Colleen and Jacqueline — and we’re not the kind of agents who drive down for a showing and drive home. Cape May is home. We walk these streets every morning with our dogs. We know which coffee shop has the shortest line in July, which block catches the best light at sunset, and which houses have stories the listing sheet will never tell you.
We came to Cape May the way a lot of people do — as Summer Shoobies as kids who couldn’t stop coming back. The difference is, we made the leap. We live here full time, year-round, through the quiet winters and the buzzing summers. We’ve shoveled snow off the promenade in February and watched the town come alive again in May. That perspective — knowing what this place feels like in every season — is something we bring to every conversation with our clients.

Real estate runs in my family — I followed in my mother’s footsteps and got my license in 2015, and I haven’t looked back. What started as a natural fit quickly became a calling. I love the puzzle of it: matching the right person to the right place, finding the deal nobody else saw, and making what feels like the biggest decision of someone’s life feel a whole lot less scary.

I’ve never done anything halfway. I played Division I lacrosse at Long Island University on an athletic scholarship, earning dual degrees in Marketing and Business Management while competing at the highest level. After graduation, I spent twelve years crisscrossing the country building and coaching collegiate women’s lacrosse programs — a career that taught me how to read people, build trust fast, and fight for someone else’s goals like they were my own.
When my deep roots pulled me back to Philadelphia, I built a successful events and activation company from scratch. But somewhere along the way, Cape May started calling again. Weekend visits turned into long weekends. Long weekends turned into “what if we just… stayed?” And eventually, we did.
I’ve been championing for my clients to use real estate as a tool for building generational wealth since 2018. But what sets my work apart is that I’m not selling you a dream from a distance — I’m sharing a life I actually live. When I tell you about the morning light on a certain street, or the way the bay looks from Town Bank at low tide, it’s because I was just there yesterday.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking my two pups along the beach with my daughter, exploring a new restaurant or convincing yet another friend that they need a place down here too. (I have a pretty good track record.)
